MESH is a Fair Trade Registered Organisation providing meaningful employment for adults with leprosy in Bihar and New Delhi, and disabled adults at the Physically Handicapped Training and Rehabilitation Unit (PHTR Physically Handicapped Training and Rehabilitation Unit (PHTRC) in Maharashtra.

Goods made include Bethany Bags, Bed Covers, Table Cloths and Soft Children's Toys.
