Write about a World In Need and win!

The pen, they say, is mightier than the sword. It is certainly more helpful when making positive changes in people’s lives, and now is your chances to wield it.

Tunbridge Wells and District Writers Circle have organised a competition to raise funds for World In Need. All you have to do is write a short piece about “A world in need.”

You can write a poem of up to 30 lines, or a piece of prose up to 500 words. This can be an article or a piece of fiction, it’s up to you.

You can enter as many times as you like. Each entry is £4, or enter 3 by the same author for £10. Closing date is 30th March 2018.

First prize is £60, second prize is £30 and third prize is £10, with a special prize of £25 for under 14s.
